Workflow Configuration
Set up statuses, actions, and the approval flow for your permit type.
How to Configure Workflow
- Open a permit type for editing
- Click the "Workflow" tab
Understanding Statuses
Statuses represent where a permit is in its lifecycle:
- Initial Status: Where permits start (usually "Draft")
- Intermediate Statuses: Steps in the process
- Final Statuses: End states (Approved, Rejected, etc.)
