Taking Actions on Permits

How to Take an Action

1. Open a permit from the permits list
2. Review the permit content
3. Available actions appear as buttons at the bottom
4. Click the action you want to take

Common Actions

• Submit: Send the permit for review/approval
• Approve: Approve the permit to proceed
• Reject: Reject the permit with a reason
• Request Changes: Ask for modifications
• Cancel: Cancel the permit
• Close: Mark the permit as complete
